CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
When your order is placed, it gets processed by our warehouse team immediately. Because we try to ensure that you get your order as soon and as accurately as humanly possible, we cannot make changes to existing orders.

MY PRODUCT IS BROKEN!?
We are so sorry! Although we triple-check every single order before it is packaged at our facility to make sure it's up to our highest standards. A few slip through our hot little hands. We look after our Junkies however, if you email us at jdkosmetics@gmail.com subject line “Broken Goods” & we will organise something with you.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking information will be sent directly to your email address, please allow up to 48 hours. Within New Zealand you can expect your order within 1-3 business days and within 7 business days for international orders. All shipments are tracked.
